While Friday the 13th can be a tough day for some, it was a big day for a quartet of former Riders yesterday.

Former Riders Isiah Kiner-Falefa and Ronald Guzman each made their first big league start and collected their first-career hit in last night’s game at Houston.

Meanwhile, Scott Heineman and Tommy Joseph made the jump to Triple-A Round Rock. The promotion was especially deserved for Heineman, who was hitting a Texas League-best .522 before getting the bump to the next level.

Not every Friday the 13th can be this exciting but yesterday was pretty darn great for a bunch of our old friends.
